About Daily New Game

Daily New Game is a free series of cosy daily puzzles. Every game has a new puzzle each day, 10 free levels a day on top, and an animal friend to play with. Sunny hosts the whole series.

The games

Each game has its own character. Pick one and play today's puzzle.

  • Sletters with Noodle the snake. Spell words through the letters. Every word becomes a snake.
  • Puppy Nap with Pepper the puppy. One puppy per row, column and patch.
  • Frogspell with Hopper the frog. Hop, spell and sink every pad.
  • Hop & Drop with Clover the rabbit. Rising rows, falling letters and carrot bonuses. Can you beat Clover's score?
  • Sudoku with Olive the owl. Every number once in each row, column and den. Fill a den to wake a friend.
  • Treasure island with Pebble the sea otter. Sea and sand, one chest per island.
  • Giraffe skyline with Gigi the giraffe. Tall giraffes hide the short ones from the meerkats.
  • Fireflies with Bramble the hedgehog. Every square lit, no firefly sees another.
  • Hide and seek with Pip the mouse. Numbers count the hiders. They never touch.

Who makes it

Daily New Game is made in Landau in der Pfalz, Germany, by Improvides Consulting GmbH, which trades as AI Hub Landau. Nick Skillicorn founded the company. He is a management consultant with more than 20 years of experience and the author of a bestselling book on AI projects, The AI Project Advantage.

How it was built

We designed and built these games with the way of working we use at AI Hub Landau. A small human team decides what to build and checks the results. The daily work is done by a team of AI agents: some design, some write code, some test, and some are there only to attack the others' work and find what breaks. Every level is checked by an independent solver before it goes live.

What this proves

If you lead a Mittelstand company or a public sector organisation, this site is a working example of practical AI delivery: a real product, built and tested with AI, running in public. We are based in Landau, inside the EU, and we plan for compliance from the first step. That includes the EU AI Act, where we help organisations meet the AI literacy duty in Article 4, which has applied since 2 February 2025.

Background

  • Author. The AI Project Advantage (July 2025) became a number one bestseller on Amazon in several categories and countries. It sets out the AI project approach Nick uses with Fortune 500 companies.
  • Consultant. More than 20 years in management and innovation consulting, including a decade at Deloitte, for clients such as Shell, Roche, Klarna and Barclays.
  • BAFA listed. Improvides Consulting GmbH is a registered consulting firm in the BAFA Beraterbörse.
  • Speaker. TEDx speaker, with keynotes at events such as the Cannes Festival of Creativity and SciNetPro 2025 at the DKFZ German Cancer Research Center.
  • EU AI Act. Compliance audits, AI governance policies and training that covers the Article 4 AI literacy requirements, with a certificate of training that teams can show to auditors.
